We at Handmadelove work hard to provide our valued customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. We curate Fashion from around the world in the best Fabrics and Quality. We have a specialised team of Stylists to guide with the best sizes. Simply click on WhatsApp Icon, . If the item  you received a damaged product, simply exchange the product for a fresh piece. We dont offer Returns.  Directly over WhatsApp (Return Courier Fee Has To Be Borne By The Customer).

No refund under any circumstance .
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailablity of garment, we can cancel the order and issue refund  to the customer. The customer will be notified about cancellation and will receive a refund.

For size exchange customer has to courier the piece to us and the charges are to be borne by cthe customer itself,the product should be unused in all manners with all tags intact and there should be no sign of usage

Exchange can be availed only once per order. So, please refer to the size guide provided with the product or reach out to us over Whatsapp.

Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Customer is requested to self ship the Product to us. For all self shipped exchanges, please use a reliable courier service. The costs for the exchange will be borne by the customer. Ensure that the exchange address given to you by our Team is securely pasted on the exchange box. Hygiene products like Swimwear, Lingerie and Cotton Masks aren’t eligible for exchanges due to standard hygiene protocols.

Once your exchange is received by us, the quality will be checked and we will reach out to you. This is subject to your exchange having met the requirements of being unused and unwashed, returned within 48 hours.

All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Packages received without the original invoice will not be entertained. Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse exchange.

In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt (Unboxing Video Is Must )
Swimwear, Bodysuits and Loungerwear,  are not eligible for cancellations. They are also not eligible for exchanges as per our hygiene policy.
